WISE Healthcare provides Health Care in Orange County and Los Angeles County for adults. Our Healthcare Services include Nursing Care, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Health Aide, and Wound Care.
Wise Healthcare Services, INC. is a locally-operated and privately-managed health care agency. We are based in Orange, California and we provide services to the cities and counties in the surrounding area.
Our specialization is in providing health care to clients who are elderly, disabled or chronically ill. We work with their physicians to coordinate a patient-centered care plan that serves as a guide in our care provision. our Healthcare team includes nurses, therapists, social workers, dietitians, and health aides – we work together to achieve the best health possible for our patients.
